Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We will accept a return within 30 days from the ship date if the garment is defective, damaged, or fit issues. Please email us at email@example.com to begin this process. We offer free exchanges if contacted within 30 days of the ship date. We offer free exchanges within our 30 day window. When a request for an exchange has been submitted via email, we will email you a prepaid return label for you to print and attach to your package. We will mail you a replacement for free. Any exchanges/returns & shipping costs after two free label transactions will be the responsibility of the customer.
When will my product(s) ship?
We aim to ship items within 1-2 days of your order processing. However, since we are printing on garments, we may have to order pieces then print them. Depending on the type and amount of items, your order could take up to 2 weeks to ship. If you need an item by a certain date, we will try to accomodate the best we can.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, if in US. Once a shipping label is created you will receive an email containing the USPS tracking number. At this point, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 if any issues arise. If you wish for your package to be insured, be sure to select Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express option.
How long will it take to receive my package?
•First Class: 2-5 days in the US. 15-30 days if International.
•Priority Mail: 2-3 days in the US. 6-10 days if International.
•Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days if in US. 3-5 days if International.
