Wholesale Policy

Thank you for choosing to do business with Tucked & Threaded. We are committed to providing high-quality apparel and exceptional customer service. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all wholesale transactions with our company.

1. Ordering Process

  • Minimum Order Requirements: We require a minimum order of 12 pieces per style per order for all wholesale purchases. Custom orders vary with requirements.
  • Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation and we ship your order within 1-3 weeks with updates provided via email. If any items are out of stock or there is an issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include shipping costs, taxes, or duties.

2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via debit or credit card, check,  PayPal, or Shop Pay.
  • Payment Due Date: Full payment is required prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Late Payment: If payment is not received within 5 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to cancel the order or place the account on hold.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total order at checkout. Pick-up is available.
  • Lead Times: Orders are typically shipped within 15 business days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times are based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Shipping Carrier: We use USPS and UPS for all shipments. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order ships.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Damages

  • No Returns: All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in cases of damaged or missing items.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If any items are damaged or missing from your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Please send an email to hello@tuckedandthreaded.com with a description of the issue and photos of any damaged goods. Claims received after 3 business days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or Replacements: If your claim for damaged or missing items is approved, we will either issue a refund or send replacement items at our discretion. 

5. Liabilities

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective or damaged goods. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions, resulting from any issues with your order.
  • Product Use: We are not responsible for any misuse or improper handling of our products once they are in your possession. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are marketed and sold according to applicable laws and regulations.

6. Ownership and Branding

  • Brand Integrity: All products sold by your business are intended for resale only under our brand. Unauthorized use of our logo or branding on your website, storefront, or marketing materials is prohibited without prior written consent.
  • Resale Restrictions: Products purchased from Tucked & Threaded are not to be resold at a price below the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) unless approved by us.

7. Customer Account and Communication

  • Account Creation: To place a wholesale order, you must apply for an account then activate your account with us and provide accurate business details. Accounts are subject to approval.
  • Communication: All correspondence regarding your order, including invoices, shipping notifications, and claims, will be sent to the email address provided in your account.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required for processing your orders or complying with legal obligations.

9. Changes to the Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or change this wholesale policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
