Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Some items are in stock and some are printed as ordered.
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping across the US. Shipping times vary by location but typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Enjoy free shipping when you purchase at least $75!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — we're always growing!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@tuckedandthreaded.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get you taken care of quickly.
Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All other items follow our standard return policy.
Products
What sizes do you carry?
Our graphic tees and hoodies are available in a range of sizes from ladies' XS–4XL, depending on the style. Youth sizes are mostly S-XL with toddler sizes and Youth XS available for various styles. Size details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my Tucked & Threaded apparel?
To keep your tee or sweatshirt looking its best, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the print. Garment-dyed items that have bold colors may need to be soaked in water prior to washing.
Are your products made in the USA?
We're proud to be Tennessee-rooted! While our products are designed right here in Tennessee, manufacturing details vary by item. Check individual product pages for specifics. We aim to work with manufacturers in the United States.
Local Pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for select orders. If pickup is available for your order, you'll see it as an option at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready. The pick-up locker is by our bigger barn on our property.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup location details will be provided in your ready-for-pickup notification email, but in case you miss it, the black pick-up locker is by our bigger barn on our property.
