Returns &amp; Exchanges

Returns:

Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear) and then a refund will be issues to your original form of payment.
Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges:

Exchanges must be requested and postmarked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
Your item/s to be exchanged must be in new condition and once your shipping label has been purchased, we will ship out your replacement item/s
Since we create our own items, stock varies and some items or sizes cannot be reproduced. If the item you request is not available in your size, you will have the option for a refund or to substitute your item with another in stock item.
