Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Some items are in stock and some are printed as ordered from off-site printers. Those orders will take 1-3 days longer than if your order ships from the she-shed. Feel free to reach out to know more about your specific order.

What shipping options are available?

We offer standard shipping across the US. Shipping times vary by location but typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Enjoy free shipping when you purchase at least $75!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — we're always growing!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at hello@tuckedandthreaded.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get you taken care of quickly.

Are sale items returnable?

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All other items follow our standard return policy.

Products

What sizes do you carry?

Our graphic tees and hoodies are available in a range of sizes from ladies' XS–4XL, depending on the style. Youth sizes are mostly S-XL with toddler sizes and Youth XS available for various styles. Size details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my Tucked & Threaded apparel?

To keep your tee or sweatshirt looking its best, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the print. Garment-dyed items that have bold colors may need to be soaked in water prior to washing.

Are your products made in the USA?

We're proud to be Tennessee-rooted! While our products are designed right here in Tennessee, manufacturing details vary by item. We work with both global and U.S. blank apparel brands, but customize and print every item locally, and design everything in-house. Our cards, package inserts, and select gift items are made in Union City, TN. Check individual product pages for specifics.

Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available for select orders. If pickup is available for your order, you'll see it as an option at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready. The pick-up locker is by our bigger barn on our property.

Where is pickup located?

Pickup location details will be provided in your ready-for-pickup notification email, but in case you miss it, the black pick-up locker is by our bigger barn on our property.

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear) and then a refund will be issues to your original form of payment.
  
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges must be requested and postmarked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be exchanged must be in new condition and once your shipping label has been purchased, we will ship out your replacement item/s
• Since we create our own items, stock varies and some items or sizes cannot be reproduced. If the item you request is not available in your size, you will have the option for a refund or to substitute your item with another in stock item.

Shipping:

• $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $75!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• Some items are in stock at our location and some products are printed as ordered and will ship separately. Some items could arrive separately from your order.
• FREE local pickup is available in Greenfield, Tennessee (Choose option at checkout.)
• We currently ship via USPS if you have any specific requests please reach out.
